WHEN LOVE COMES BACK

I like him but I don’t know why,

Could he be an angel sent from up high?

I love him and I still can’t understand why;

All I know is that this feeling keeps getting stronger

As day passes by.

I never thought I’ll feel this way again,

But I promised myself that in this thing, I’ll try to abstain;

'Coz I know it’s not easy to bear the pain,

When a guy you love left you crying in vain.

I guess that’s just the way it is,

He came into my life to fill up the bleak space;

To brighten up my lonely world,

To bring joy to my world that was once so cold.

I tried as I might to fight this feeling,

But no matter what, in my heart he’s always winning;

In solitude I find myself thinking,

Whether I should go on or not on all of these crazy things.

I love him but I’m afraid to;

What If he’ll break my heart in two?

With this feeling should I pursue?

But what if he doesn’t feel the same way that I do?
